As an individual sport it's important to be safe and that's what we'll teach you.
OFFAXIS provide personal coaching for all levels and abilities. We offer private tuition in small groups (3-4 people) to enable lessons to be tailored to individual needs so as to ensure quick and effective learning. Our experience and knowledge of the local area and weather conditions will make sure you are taught in the most suitable location for your standard.
Put on a wetsuit, head down the beach, grab a board, and then the fun begins. Our instructors have been surfing the breaks on these beaches for years and have the know how and encouragement to help you get the most out of your lesson. Our objective is to educate you about beach safety and have you riding a wave with confidence and security. Equipped with the most up to date range of Soft and Soft Top Boards, your learning, progression and enjoyment will be maximised.
You have had your group lesson and you have managed to ride a little wave, but you now want to progress some more. At OFFAXIS we offer private tuition in small groups [ 3-4 people]. This is ideal as your instructor will be able to give you the individual attention not possible in larger groups. Tuition will be tailored to your individual needs to make sure you make progress within your capabilities. Surfing is one of the most difficult disciplines to master, so be patient and practice as much as you can. OFFAXIS always has a range of surfboards available to hire to suite all levels. Our Soft Top and Tabou surfboards are ideal boards to hire or purchase as your first surfboard. Hire rates start at just £10/day with reductions for longer rentals.

Surfing can very easily become an obsession as it is one of those sports where you never stop learning. It is also very personal as one develops ones own style and board preferences. OFFAXIS is a designated demo centre for Surftech surfboards and therefore you are able to hire cutting edge boards from the best shapers in the industry to experience the differences in handling of these various shapes. We can also provide individual tuition on a “one to one basis” to help you get the best out of these revolutionary “Tuflite” boards or your existing board.
