The Xcel Revolt use their revolutionary TDC lining in their range. The use of the smart fiber technology isecycle your body heat into infrared energy for greater warmth! The Revolt has the TDC diamond patterned high pile material in the chest for core warmth and an infrared print low pile material in the lower body designed to keep you that extra bit warmer. The Revolt also has the exclusive and famous seam construction like the fusion welded seams, pressure bonded seams and glued and blindstitched technology which gives you added flex in the arms when you need that extra power in your paddling. Combine this with a watertight X2 entry system, full water-repellent Quick Dry Fiber on the outside of the wetsuit plus Xcel’s exclusive Drylock Wrist Seals and in our opinion you have the "ultimate summer wetsuit!!" After hearing back from our customers about last years revolt without the TDC technology, Many said it was the best suit they have ever worn. We have high expectations for this seasons Xcel 3/2mm Revolt! Already most of our staff have picked one for themselves and personally i cant wait to try one for myself.

Offaxis recommend the Xcel 5/4mm Revolt is ideal for the surfers who desire the "Rolls Royce" of wetsuits for the cooler climate. A fantastic wetsuit for Autumn, Winter and Spring in the UK. Here in Wales many of our customers last year said they used their Revolt 5/4 wetsuit from October to April/Many and could stay in the water for hours and hours allowing you to stay warm and comfortable, giving you no other choice but to stay in the water for as long as you like. The revolt is a sensational wetsuit and hopefully this season will still sit on the podium for us in Wales, however if your surfing in warmer temperatures or you don't feel the cold i suspect this suit may be that bit too warm for you?

Picking The Right Wetsuit For You

Thickness, style and size are the 3 key points we tell all our customers who are in need of wetsuit, add in a budget and you have a winning combination to find the perfect wetsuit best suited to you!

Offaxis recommend choosing the right thickness for you depends on your geographical location and when you will be using the wetsuit the most. This wetsuit is a 5/4mm, which means 5mm panels of neoprene from the legs up through the torso and 4mm of neoprene down the arms. The benefit of this is that you get the flex in the arms but maintain the warmth in the core of you body when it comes to doing your watersports.  Here in the UK we recommend a 5/4mm wetsuit is ideal from September as the water temperatures are starting to cool down up especially if and that sun isn't shining! A 5/4mm can be used All the way through the winter till April as things start to warm up once again! Here in Wales we find a 5mm wetsuit is essential for winter watersports!

When it comes to choosing the right size wetsuit it is very important to get the fit correct. If your suit doesn't fit right it will not do the right job! Offaxis recommend your suit ideally should fit like your second skin and feel comfortable to wear. If your suit is too large air and water will fill in the gaps and cool your body down very quickly. If the wetsuit is too tight then it will be uncomfortable to wear and you will put stress on the seams which will stretch and damage the wetsuit. Take a peek at the Size Chart to see which wetsuit ticks the box for you. Fast drying, lightweight, and naturally hydrophobic, TDC is our warmest wetsuit lining ever, and an Xcel exclusive found nowhere else in the market. TDC's clinically proven Smart Fiber Technology converts your body heat into infrared energy for maximum warmth, increased endurance, faster recovery, and enhanced overall athletic performance. The infared printed low pile TDC delivers the ideal balance of warmth and flexibility.

X2 Front Entry System

A watertight front entry system with a front zipper angled along the upper chest. The zipper flap is attached at the right shoulder to keep more water out. The inner Crossover Neck Entry features overlapping panels that stretch to allow extra wide, step-in-through-the-neck entry.

Two-Part SmoothSkin Hem Seal

Wide SmoothSkin hem seal on the zipper flap's left open shoulder, plus tonal printed graphics on the left shoulder directly underneath the hem, forms a more complete and secure seal that keeps even more water out.

Magnetic Zip Closure

Innovative, quick release zipper closure features double magnets on the zipper pull tab and attached zipper flap that securely lock the zipper in place, for easier and quicker release than traditional snap locks.

Crossover Neck Entry

Overlapping inner front and back neck panels (underneath the zipper flap) stretch to allow extra wide, step-in-through-the-neck entry.

Quick Dry Fiber

Fast drying, hydrophobic outer lining promotes maximum warmth.

V Foam

The most lightweight, premium foam available; significantly lighter, stretchier, and softer than standard foams.

Ultrastretch Neoprene

Comfortable, lightweight neoprene with softer foam and a tighter weave textile for less water absorption and better durability.

Texture Skin

Texture embossed rubber that provides excellent wind resistance; ideal for outer chest panels hoods, and other areas that would otherwise lose warmth quickly.

Fusion Seam Technology

Inner waterproof stretch Fusion taping fuses seams together; used primarily in the upper body where maximum flexibility is required.

Pressure Bonded Seams

A glued & blindstitched seam using pressure to bond panels together for a highly durable yet still flexible seam; finished with inner taping for comfort; used primarily in the lower body (taping color varies by product).

Glued & Blindstitched Seams

A fully sealed, maximum stretch seam construction that keeps water out. Neoprene panels are glued and pressed together, then blindstitched (needle doesn't fully penetrate neoprene, keeping water out).

Drylock Wrist Seals

Exclusive "donut seal" construction keeps water out and forms a snug, comfortable seal.

NexSkin Seals

A thin band of liquid neoprene ("NexSkin") in the inner wrists and/or ankles forms an excellent seal, and helps minimize flushing.

Back Knee Flex Grooves

Behind-the-knee cutouts for even more flexibility.

Lower Leg Key Pocket

A streamlined key pocket, blindstitched to the lower right outer calf, with an inner key loop and drain hole.

Less Seam = More Stretch

Smarter product design means minimizing seams to maximize stretch. Any seams used are always pre-bent and contoured for a truly engineered fit.

DuraFlex Knee Panels

Contoured, durable panels that stretch with you.
