The Junior Xcel Axis range is the ideal wetsuit for the kids after plenty of stretch and comfort but in need of something cheaper than the top of the range wetsuits. The Axis has serval of the exclusive features in the xcel range, The texured skin on the front and back of the suit help eliminate the wind chill and keep your core temperature warm as well as lined with the quick dry lining to help reduce weight and make it a more comfortable lining against the skin of your body. The ultrastretch neoprene is same as the Infiniti range allowing maximium flex when doing your watersports, being glued and blindstitched it stops water coming in through the seams allowing the suit to stay lighter, warmer and perform in the way a top of the range wetsuit would.
Offaxis recommend the Axis range is ideal for anyone after something as flexible and comfortable as a high end wetsuit but
with a more much desirable price tag! We use the 5/4mm Axis range as the summer temperatures drop and the water starts to cool down. The Axis is still one of the most popular suits for the wakeboarders and surfers who just want something comfortable and simple, they can use all day which keeps them warm and happy!
Picking The Right Wetsuit For You
Thickness, style and size are the 3 key points we tell all our customers who are in need of wetsuit, add in a budget and
you have a winning combination to find the perfect wetsuit best suited to you!
Offaxis recommend choosing the right thickness for you depends on your geographical location and when you will be using th using the wetsuit the most. This wetsuit is a 5/4mm, which means 5mm panels of neoprene from the legs up through the torso and 4mm of neoprene down the arms. The benefit of this is that you get the flex in the arms but maintain the warmth in the core of you body when it comes to doing your watersports. Here in the UK we recommend a 5/4mm wetsuit is ideal from September as the water temperatures are starting to cool down up especially if and that sun isn't shining! A 5/4mm can be used All the way through the winter till April as things start to warm up once again! Here in Wales we find a 5mm wetsuit is essential for winter watersports!
When it comes to choosing the right size kids wetsuit it is very important to get the fit correct. If your suit doesn't fit right it will not do the right job! Offaxis recommend your suit ideally should fit like your second skin and feel comfortable
to wear. If your suit is too large air and water will fill in the gaps and cool your body down very quickly. If the wetsuit
is too tight then it will be uncomfortable to wear and you will put stress on the seams which will stretch and damage
the wetsuit. Take a peek at the Size Chart

The Axis X2 is a durable, warm, and comfortable suit featuring a premium front entry system, with additional seam and material innovations for
very good warmth, stretch, and performance. The front and back torso is lined with fast drying, lightweight, and naturally
hydrophobic Quick Dry Lining, and the glued & blindstitched seams are sealed with inner Thermo Dry seam tape to keep
even more water out. The Axis is also a 100% UltraStretch neoprene suit. Click VIEW ALL TECHNOLOGY or watch the video below to learn more.
The original, pioneering front entry system remains the easiest chest zip to put on and take off. Front entry with an over-the-head zipper flap for extra easy on/off; with SmoothSkin hem seals and a snap lock to keep zipper pull in place.
Crossover Neck Entry
Overlapping inner front and back neck panels (underneath the zipper flap) stretch to allow extra wide, step-in-through-the-neck
Quick Dry Lining
More lightweight inner lining with faster drying time; made from recycled polyester fibers.
Comfortable, lightweight neoprene with softer foam and a tighter weave textile for less water absorption and
Texture embossed rubber that provides excellent wind resistance; ideal for outer chest panels hoods, and other
areas that would otherwise lose warmth quickly.
Glued & Blindstitched Seams
A fully sealed, maximum stretch seam construction that keeps water out. Neoprene panels are glued and pressed
together, then blindstitched (needle doesn't fully penetrate neoprene, keeping water out).
Less Seam = More Stretch
Smarter product design means minimizing seams to maximize stretch. Any seams used are always pre-bent and contoured
for a truly engineered fit.
DuraFlex Knee Panels
Contoured, durable panels that stretch with you.
